When you sign-up on www.axind.com you will receive an email. Click on the link in the email and register to use the product for free.
Please check your junk/spam in case the email has gone there. If not, you can simply sign-up on www.axind.com once again, the email will be resent to you

No renewal is necessary for the FREE plan.
Once your subscription expires you will get reminders to make your payment. If you still do not pay, your account will be suspended after 15 days of the due date. If your account gets suspended, you need to write to us to get it reactivated.
Every time you make a payment, you get a receipt for the payment. Valid (paid) subscriptions give you access to the WebTnA software.
No, subscriptions are not transferable.
Yes, auto-renewals are enabled by default.

Credit and debit card details can be stored by the service provider. We do not store any card details.
Yes, multiple credit and debit card details can be stored.
You cannot disable auto-renewal.
Refunds are looked at on a case-to-case basis. However, we mostly do give refunds.

Subscriptions are payable monthly or annually. Depending upon which plan you have chosen, your subscription will be valid for a month or a year.
If you upgrade your subscription, the unused amount is automatically credited to you and what you will have to pay is the balance.
If you downgrade your subscription, the balance amount will, in most cases, be refunded to you.
A subscription gives you the license to use the product.

You need to sign-up on our website. You can directly register after signup or register via the email link sent to you. Once you register, you can use the product.
There is no need to install anything, you can use the product directly from your internet browser.

Product Usage Questions
There is currently no provision to add your company logo.
Yes, when you login for the first time, you will be shown a "Setup" screen. There is an option to create demo data. This setup screen can also be accessed from the menu under your picture/intials on the top-right of the screen.
Admin
You can click on the "upload" arrow under the picture, this will open up a file explorer to select a picture. Or you can drag and drop a picture onto the picture box on the screen
The number of users is limited by your subscription plan (10-users, 25-users etc.). There is no limit to the number of user roles that you can create.
Yes, you can give your own name for the fixed fields. The original name will, however, be shown in brackets after the name that you have given.
A maximum of 30 custom fields can be added.
User roles don't have images but can have different colours.
TnA-templates
You need to create activities first. Then select the activities, set their durations and their relationships. Finally, add owners to each activity.
Yes, TnAs can be edited and changes can be made by people with the requisite authorization.
There is no limit to the number of activities. However, we advise not more than 50 activities in a single TnA.
Yes, a single activity can be dependent on multiple other activities. This means that the activity in question would become due only when all the other activities, that it is dependent upon, are closed.
Yes you can edit a TnA-Template in the Gantt view or in the Grid view.
No, TnA-Templates can't be imported, they have to be created in the system.
There is no limit to the duration of a TnA-Template.
Once each activity has at least one owner, the TnA-template will be automatically activated. You can manage this by using the “Activate / deactivate TnA-template” menu option.
Yes both user roles and users can be used in a single TnA-Template.
TnAs - Time and Action calendar
Click on the “plus” sign at the bottom-right of the TnA screen. You will get two options to create a single TnA, “Quick TnA” and “TnA with TnA-template”. To create multiple TnAs in one-go, use the menu options “Import TnAs” and “Copy & paste TnAs”.
Select “Import TnAs” from the menu. With this program you can download an Excel® “import format”, fill in the data and upload and create multiple TnAs in one-go. You can also email the given format with data to ImportTnA@axind.com, the TnAs will automatically be created in the system. WebTnA also has an API to directly create TnAs; please contact support@axind.com for more information.
Select one or more activity, the action buttons will appear automatically on top of the screen. Select "Close activity" or "Message and close activity" depending upon what you do. Activities can be closed in the “My activities” program, in the TnA and Activity dashboards as well as in the email reminders.
Yes that is the purpose of a TnA-Template, to make a TnA-Template once and use it multiple times.
There is a single reminder email sent to each user every day which contains all the relevant information. No separate emails are sent for TnA activation.
By default TnAs are activated the moment they are created. If you have selected to skip the auto-activation in "Admin - Organisation settings - System settings" then you need to go to the TnA program and select and activate the "Inactive" TnAs.
There is a status for each activity which determines the background colour of the activity row. Thus green is for due activities where there is time, orange for activities that are delayed by up to 7 days and red for activities that are delayed for over 7 days. The same status colours also apply for TnA statuses.
You can't change the flagged activity of an active TnA.
Yes observers can add messages (comments/remarks) to an activity.
Yes, once the TnA is marked as closed, all open activities are automatically closed.
Yes, once the TnA is marked as cancelled, all open activities are automatically cancelled.
No, only Admin users or TnA admins can re-open closed or cancelled TnAs.
If you are an owner or an activity, you can reopen it by selecting the “Reopen activity” menu option. Activities can be reopened only until all activities dependent on it remain open.
A TnA without a TnA-template where you can directly enter (or copy & paste) activities and their due dates is called a “Quick TnA”. With a Quick TnA you can start using WebTnA very quickly.
